Spa Policies

Reservations
We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card, voucher number or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services. If you are a first-time guest, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out the necessary spa forms in order to enjoy the full time allotted for your service.

Cancellation Policy
We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. Please respect our scheduling by keeping appointments whenever possible and providing a minimum of 12 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations reserved for you, full payment is required for the following conditions. Cancellations or rescheduling of less than 12-hours will be charged 50% of the service value. Gift card balance will be reduced to half the value of the session booked. No-shows will be charged the full service value. If the appointment was paid for using a gift card or a voucher, the balance of the card or voucher will be deducted the full value of the session booked. When booking your appointments within 12 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject to a fee.

Late Arrivals
please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests to follow. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of their scheduled service and will be responsible for the full service fee.

Health Conditions
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs, which may affect your services when making your salon or spa reservation.

Massage and Body Treatments
Please specify therapist gender preference at the time of booking. Indicate any health issues, body aches, injuries and desired pressure on the consultation forms we provide. You may consult with the Therapist directly about style and depth of pressure prior to your service. Feel free to discuss with your therapist any physical issues or concerns before your treatment.

Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Reception Team to guide you in selecting the treatments that are appropriate for you during this special time. Please note that pre-natal massage can only be performed after the first trimester is complete.

Privacy
We gather various personal information in order to preserve your well-being, optimize treatments, and make visits go as seamlessly as possible. You can be completely confident that any and all personal information you share with us will remain confidential.

Noise
Our Spa environment is tranquil and relaxing. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas.

Cell Phones
Out of consideration for all our guests we ask that all cell phones be muted. Our front desk staff will assist you if needed.

Pricing
Spa prices are subject to change. While management makes every effort to keep pricing on the website up-to-date we are not responsible for typos or price changes that have not yet been posted. You should verify pricing of your services when booking.

Payment
All major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking.

Gift Cards
Gift cards may be redeemed for any service or retail product. Present gift card to an associate at time of purchase and the amount will be deducted from the balance on the card. The gift card is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All Gift card sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are given for Gift card orders. Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Establishment has the right to revoke card from any one at any time for improper misuse or for non-compliance with establishment’s policies. By using the gift card, cardholder agrees to all terms and conditions specified.

Cleanliness
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Loss or Damage
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. We strongly recommend taking your valuables and personal articles with you in room or station where you are receiving your service. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robes provided for your convenience.

Minors
Clients under the age of 18 are welcome to enjoy services in our spa. A parent/guardian must accompany all spa clients under the age of 18. Before a salon or spa treatment can be provided to any client under the age of 18, consent/permission must be received from a parent or guardian.

Product Refunds
We cannot accept any return or exchange once the product has left our store. All sales are final.

Service Refunds
Online and credit card refunds may incur a minimum processing fee of 10%. No refunds will be given for services that have been purchased after 14 days from the date of purchase. At the management’s discretion; Spa credit may be issued in some cases to be used towards other services or products. Services already received will not be refunded. No refunds or exchanges are given for Gift card orders.
